Entry Qualifications
Girls 1,2; Boys 1,2; Women 3-10; Men 4-10 must have a First Class Rating. 

All others must have an Expert Rating.

Awards

Awards will be presented for the first five places in G1,2,3 & B1,2,3. All other Divisions first three places.  First place Overall for all divisions will be presented.

Late Fees:
There will be a $25 late fee for any entry received after July 23, 2007. 
It is the skiers responsibility to insure the entry reaches the entry chair-person on time.

Required Entry Materials

1. AWSA Official Entry Form: Fully Completed. Available in Regional Guidebook or USA Water Ski Websitewww.usawaterski.org
2. Skier Biography Form: Available in the Regional Guidebook or on the USA Water Ski Website.
3. Skier Performance Rating Card: Fully endorsed and validated.
4. USA Water Ski Membership Card: photocopy acceptable
5. Entry Fee: Check or Money Order payable to Twin Lakes WSC.  Note entry without payment is incomplete & will not be accepted.
6. Copy of Birth Certificate: Proof of age for Girls 1, 2, 3, & Boys 1, 2, 3.
7. EVP Approval for Out of Region Skiers: EVP approval from all affected regions must be obtained prior to the tournament.

IMPORTANT: If you don’t have a signed rating card, but expect to qualify prior to the Regionals, Send all other items with entry fee and
forms ASAP to avoid late fees, Bring your rating card to the tournament if you qualify.  If you do not qualify, send a note to the Entry Chairperson and all but $5.00 of your entry fee will be refunded.

Volunteer Officials: Volunteer Officials are essential to the success of the Regional Tournament.  Volunteers will be scheduled in advance. Please e-mail “TournamentDirector@TwinLakesWaterSkiPark.com” with times that you are available and what jobs you are willing to undertake.
Rules Notice: All events will be Class “E”, except for Open which will be Class “R”, If a skier prefers to participate under international rules, Class “L”, they may do so by notifying the registrar upon registration or by notifying the Chief Judge 1 hour prior to the event..
Record Attempts: All Skiers that intend to break a record must advise the Chief Judge 1 Hour prior to your event.
Additional Twin Lakes Rules: All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and will be permitted only in the parking & RV area’s.  Please clean up after your pet.  No motorized vehicles will be permitted on the site.  Exception: Golf Carts will be permitted.
Hotel Accommodations: Headquarters Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, 2 Bryle Place, Chester, NY 10918, (845)469-3000(4 miles from site), Discounts for skiers booked before 6/23/07, ask for details.  Additional Hotels, Harriman Motor Lodge &  American Budget Inn,(4 miles from site) Harriman, NY, Marriott & Hampton Inn(8 miles from site), Goshen, NY.
Directions to Twin Lakes Water Ski Park: From the East, NY State Thruway to Exit 16, Straight Thru the toll , 4 miles west on Rt 17/6 to Exit 130, Rt 208, Monroe, at light make a left, first right to entrance.  From the West, Rt 17/6 to Exit 129, Museum Village, Straight at the Stop Sign, the lake is on the left.
